A first project is ELI PARK 1, which will be built in two phases on a 10 hectares plot located on DN 7 at the exit of Chitila, near Bucharest.

"Industrial Element will develop strategically located Class A logistics parks. We have made the decision to start this business on the back of a growing consumption that has prompted significant growth in both the e-commerce niche and FMCG companies", says Muler Onofrei, Managing Partner, Industrial Element.

ELI PARK 1 will have a leasable area of 45,000 square meters of storage and office space. The first phase, with an area of 20,000 square meters, will be delivered in the second quarter of 2019.
ELI PARK 1 is located at a distance of 4 km from Bucharest, with access to a national road with four lanes, DN 7.
The new project will be developed at the international class A standard, with technical specifications such as: 11.5 m free storage height, loading / unloading door for each 800 sqm, generous truck maneuvering spaces (35 m truck court) and numerous parking spaces. The minimum rental area is 2,500 sqm. (source: constructiv.ro)
