The project is carried out on a 17.8 hectare land bought last year from Alpha Real Estate Services, in a transaction valued at over 2.8 million euros, land that is part of the logistics park developed by MLP Group and taken over by Alpha Bank in 2014, on account of debts. Alpha Bank also sold about 20 hectares of the same logistics park to CTP, collecting over 3.2 million euros.
The Jumbo Center in Popești-Leordeni, planned for delivery in the first half of 2022, will include a warehouse of over 75,000 square meters and two office buildings, with one floor each, of almost 500 square meters. It will be adjacent to Helios Phoenix's Olympian East Bucharest Park logistics park, Romcarton factory, Mega Image's central warehouse and CTP's new investment.
Jumbo currently has a local network of 14 hypermarkets, of which 4 are located in Bucharest-Ilfov. (source: profit.ro)
