The price of the deal was not disclosed but is estimated by experts at €300m and €400m. The 479,000 sqm logistic portfolio comprises ten assets in France (mainly in Lille, Paris and Lyon) and nine assets in Germany. The deal enlarged Logicor’s French platform to 2 million sqm, while the German assets comprise 179,000 sqm and increased Logicor’s German portfolio to 1.2 million sqm.
