At the end of 2014, the modern logistic and industrial stock amounted to 1.8 million sqm, 53% of which located in Bucharest – some 950,000 sqm.

New deliveries were minimal last year and mostly outside Bucharest. This year, however, they will exceed 200,000 sqm.

The most relevant developments will be in Bucharest, with 80,000 sqm, in Timisoara, with 82,000 sqm and in Ploiesti, with 22,000 sqm.

The demand for logistic and industrial spaces amounted to 209,000 sqm last year, the highest level in the last five years. Compared to 2013, this went up by 37%. (source: Romania-insider.com)
