Constanța becomes a strategic logistics hub through Alezzi–Reinke partnership, brokered by Marcu Imobiliare

 

A new 15,000 sqm custom-built logistics hub in Năvodari marks a significant milestone in Constanța’s development as a regional logistics center. The lease transaction was brokered by Marcu Imobiliare, which facilitated the collaboration between Alezzi Logistics SRL and Reinke Romania.

 

The project includes a 3,500 sqm industrial hall and an 11,500 sqm operational platform, both developed specifically to meet Reinke’s requirements, and features rare technical specifications for the local market—25-meter column spacing, a 12-meter access door, and a 10-meter clear height.
