According to a communiqué issued by the National Roads and Highway Company (CNADNR), the construction of the Campia Turzii – Targu Mures Highway, which is part of the A3 Brasov – Cluj – Bors Highway, has been split into five sections.

 

The winners are the following companies and joint-ventures: SC Geiger Transilvania SRL – Wilhelm Geiger GmbH & Co.KG; JV SC Strabag SRL – SC Straco Grup SRL; SC Straco Grup SRL – SC Specialist Consulting SRL – SC Total Road SRL; Lemacons Vega 93 – Arcada Company; JV SC Strabag SRL – SC Straco Grup SRL.

 

“At present the bidders can file appeals at the National Council for the Settlement of Appeals (CNSC), within a legal period of 10 days since the date on which the results were communicated. After the aforementioned legal deadline expires and there are no appeals, CNADNR will be able to sign the first contracts this year, those concerning the Campia Turzii – Ogra – Targu Mures Highway. These sections, totalling a length of 56.51 kilometres, are part of the A3 Brasov – Cluj – Bors Highway,” Transport Minister Ioan Rus explained. (source: nineoclock.ro)
