Helios Phoenix Group, the developer of the Olympian Parks portfolio, announces the launch of a new logistics and industrial project in Iași, which will become one of the most important distribution centers for eastern Romania and for cross-border trade with the Republic of Moldova.

Olympian Park Iași will have a planned total area of over 150,000 sqm of modern Class A industrial space. The development will be carried out in stages, with Phase I – 85,800 sqm built on a 15-hectare plot – scheduled for delivery in Q3 2026.

Strategically located with immediate access to the Iași ring road and direct connection to national road E58, the park is only 40 minutes from the border with the Republic of Moldova, making it a key point for companies seeking to serve both the Romanian and Moldovan markets.

“Olympian Park Iași confirms our commitment to connecting Romania’s main economic centers through modern industrial infrastructure. The project responds to the growing demand for logistics, e-commerce and production space in the North-East region and supports cross-border trade flows towards Eastern Europe,” said Georgia Căilean, COO Asset & Leasing Management, Helios Phoenix.

The development will offer customized build-to-suit solutions for logistics operators, retailers and manufacturers, with a strong focus on efficiency and long-term value creation. With its strategic role in the regional economy, the new Olympian Parks project in Iași will help create new jobs, modernize logistics infrastructure and attract both national and international tenants.
