The 80 million euros logistic park, located in Mogosoaia, in the NW of Bucharest is offering a GLA of 140,000 square meters, on a 280,000 sqm land.

Construction works have been started on the first project phase with a GLA of 40,000 sqm and are set to be completed by the 4th quarter of 2015 (Building B) and the 1st quarter of 2016 (Building A).

Phases two and three of the project will add an additional GLA of 100,000 sqm. (Source: OPTIM PM)
