P3 appoints Emilia Bocan as Senior Leasing & Development Manager in Romania
P3, the pan-European specialist owner, developer and manager of logistics properties, has appointed Emilia Bocan as a Senior Leasing & Development Manager in Romania. She will work on all aspects of the leasing and development of the 305,000 m2 P3 Bucharest park, the largest logistics park in Romania, as well as new P3 projects in Romania.
Bocan, 29, has a strong track record in logistics real estate, having spent three years with Colliers Romania and four at Immofinanz Services Romania where she was Leasing Manager & Marketing Coordinator Offices & Logistics and then Senior Leasing Manager. During this period she was involved in leasing and operational management of a 300,000 m2 portfolio of office and industrial properties, as well as the development of the company’s office and industrial projects in Romania.

P3 currently has a total of 305,000 m2 in 11 warehouses at P3 Bucharest. The logistics park is located just 13 km from the city centre, near the city ring road, which provides easy access to all six Bucharest districts, Henri Coanda International Airport (22 km away) and the A2 motorway. P3 has recently completed three new buildings atP3 Bucharest park and is looking to expand in Bucharest as well as central and western parts of the country. (source: P3)
