Of the total transactions, 52% of the surface (30,466 m2) represent new long-term contracts, 38% are extensions of existing contracts (22,420 m2), and the remaining 10% (over 5,700 m2) are short-term contracts.

Two of the partnerships with existing customers have been strengthened, so that Gebrüder Weiss Romania extended the lease contract, at the beginning of this year, for the 22,420 square meters of logistics and office space. With 25 years of experience on the local market and an infrastructure of 9 logistics hubs, Gebrüder Weiss Romania offers its customers intelligent logistics solutions and flexible distribution services such as road, rail, air and sea. Also, Interbrands Marketing & Distribution, one of the most prominent companies for distribution and marketing of consumer goods in Romania and customer of the park since 2006, opted for relocation to a larger space, thus expanding its area total rented at 24,830 square meters of logistics and office space.

In the first half of this year, the portfolio of tenants of the P3 Bucharest A1 park was joined by Logwin companies - a specialized provider of logistics and transport services for the lifestyle industry, especially retail and fashion, which rented a space of 2,350 square meters, used for consolidation and operation of clothing and accessories and Just Master Activities - import and distribution company with a strong presence in the FMCG market in Romania, distributor of consumer cosmetics, with a total area of 3,200 square meters rented .
