The logistics facility will include 13,900 square metres, with offices on 400 square metres.
P3 is already in advanced negotiations with a potential client interested to rent the entire building.
Since 2015, the year of the acquisition of the logistics park, P3 has developed a total of 90,000 squatre metres of new logistics facilities.
This recent development is the twelfth construction within P3 Park.
The developer plans to build this year an additional area of 65,000 square metres within three future developments, which will lead to double the park’s total area in only two years.

"This is an exciting time for P3 in Romania as we start to deliver our ambitious expansion plans. This is our first building start of 2017. We plan to build a total of three warehouses this year. This builds upon the growth that P3 is experiencing across the nine European countries in which it develops. Our aim is to create the most important logistic hub in Bucharest area", said Blake Horsley, P3's country head in Romania.  

The warehouse delivery is scheduled for August 2017, also considering the possibility that the first client should have access earlier, since June.
P3 Bucharest, situated on the ring road, at 13km from the city centre, currently includes a total of 305,000 square metres in 11 warehouses. (source: profit.ro)
