In 2017, the developer delivered three new warehouses with a total of 65,000 m2 in P3 Park Bucharest. In the course of the year, P3 signed lease agreements of over 115,000 m2, consisting of both new contracts and renewals and extensions for existing customers such as eMag, Tibbet / Yusen Logistics, Macromex and Interbrands, thus demonstrating a commitment and strategy in the long run to its customers.

Also last year, the company completed the purchase of over 17 hectares of additional land near P3 Bucharest Park, with the intention of developing the park at 500,000 m2 over the next two years.

P3 currently has a total of 370,000 m² in 14 warehouses in P3 Bucharest Park and another 100,000 m² to develop new units. Situated just 13 km from the city center, P3 Bucharest Park is on the city's ring road, offering easy access to all 6 sectors of Bucharest, Henri Coanda International Airport (22 km) and the A2 motorway.
