Prodplast is situated within Faur platform since 2012, following the sale of the land near Obor market, where the company was previously situated, towards a real estate development company.

The investments made until next year have already increased the production capacity up to 110 pct, therefore Prodplast rented a third production facility within the industrial park, adding to the two units already rented.

The management of Prodplast has analyzed 16 offers and decided for an industrial space of 3.5 hectares and 8,300 sq. m, with another 3,000 sqm already existing foundation for expansion of the buildings.

The company wants a fast relocation, aiming to reduce costs by not paying monthly rents and not loosing investments in case of closing the lease. (source: profit.ro)
