The main transactions of the year were: Enel Distributie and Enel Energie Muntenia (401.2 million Euro), AD Pharma Holdings - Penta Investments (350 million Euro), BancPost - Banca Transilvania (240 million Euro), EcoPack, EcoPaper - DS Smith 208 million euros). The main sectors where most of the transactions took place were industrial (Manufacturing) - with 39 transactions, real estate and construction - 30 and retail, with 15.
