Romania is followed by Slovakia, which recorded a growth of 7.5 percent.

 

The largest decreases were registered in Greece – down 6.9 percent, Malta – down 3.8 percent and Latvia – down 2 percent.

 

In June 2014 compared with June 2013, industrial production remained stable in the euro area and rose by 0.7 percent in the EU28, according to Eurostat.

 

When compared to the previous month, the seasonally adjusted industrial production fell by 0.3 percent in the euro area in June this year, and by 0.1 percent in the EU28. (source: romania-insider.com)
