Of the total amount invested, 6.5 million lei come from a loan from Unicredit Bank.

The warehouse will consist of six buildings and will have a total storage area of over 3,500 square meters, the company announces. The location is near the factory in Tutova, and after the completion of the works, the factory will benefit from an area of 37,000 square meters.

"The 2024 investment budget is a record for us, and in addition to the investment in the new logistics center, we will continue expanding the Spectral Mobilă store network, we will invest in increasing the fleet of trucks for the transport of manufactured products and in new machinery for the manufacture of furniture", he said Dan Dodiță, executive director of Spectral Mobila.

The new location will be used for the storage of finished products and the warehouses inside the factory will be integrated into the production flows to increase the production capacity.

The company has a network of seven own stores that operate under the Spectral Mobilă brand, plus another 27 franchise stores and over 100 partner stores in the country. According to the latest data available, Spectral Mobilă, owned by the Dodiță family, achieved a net turnover of 28.3 million lei in 2022, up 15% compared to the previous year.
