Transilvania Constructii

S.C. Transilvania Constructii S.A. was established in the 1950s and it became one the largest construction company in Cluj-Napoca and in Transylvania, building large residential projects that shaped a big part of what is now Cluj-Napoca city. In 1999 the company privatized and continued to be one of the biggest construction companies in the area. In 2003 developed a logistical park with a total surface of over 150 000 square meters, in which are located more than 90 companies, including the headquarter of Transilvania Constructii.
