In an industry first, CTP Invest and BRE will collaborate to implement BREEAM In-Use International across the entire CTP Invest portfolio of industrial buildings, throughout 2019 and 2020, in a landmark strategic alliance.
CTP, the leading premium industrial parks developer and long term manager in Romania and Central and Eastern Europe, conducted a study regarding the energy efficiency standards of the buildings throughout its international portfolio. The research included warehouse and production facilities built by CTP in the recent period that were compared to other new buildings on the market, as well as buildings built by CTP in 2010 and 2000 which incorporate technologies available at the time. The first results made public show that the latest CTP-built buildings lead the market, offering up to 40% cost savings.
The company CTP is continuing its efforts to support permanent, sustainable development and is continuously building top-of-the-line spaces, which are presented with various noteworthy awards. It currently owns and operates five of the Top 10 industrial buildings, which have been BREEAM in-Use certified. Four of them have been given the classification grade of “Very good.”

Pan-European logistics real estate owner P3 has signed an agreement to develop a 23,445m2tailor-made building next to VF Corporation’s existing 40,000 m2premises at theD8 logistics park to the North of Prague. The deal comes just eight months after P3 completed the 40,000 m2Phase 1 warehouse for the company and will take VF’s total representation at P3 Prague D8 to over 106,000 m2.
