GIC, Singapore’s sovereign wealth fund, has signed an agreement to acquire a pan-European logistics real estate portfolio (“Maximus”) from funds managed by affiliates of Apollo Global Management, a leading global alternative investment manager, for a net consideration of approx. €950 million.

CTP, the leading premium industrial park developer and long-term property manager in Romania and CEE, and NETWORK ONE DISTRIBUTION (NOD), the leader of the Romanian IT&C distribution market, expand their cooperation in CTPark Bucharest West, reaching circa 44,000 m² of logistics spaces leased in two buildings. A new agreement was concluded for an extension of approximately 14,000 m², situated in a new warehouse that will be finalized in Q4 2018. NOD already occupies over 30,000 m² of logistics spaces in CTPark Bucharest West that were delivered in 2017.
