The shareholders of IAR Brasov (IARV), the state-owned Romanian aerospace manufacturer, decided to offer Vadstena, a company registered in Romania by global helicopter manufacturer Airbus Helicopters, a piece of land of over 12,000 sqm, needed to develop the SuperPuma MK1 helicopter project, according to a report sent to the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB), cited by local Economica.net.
