An 8,550 sqm industrial hall and other industrial capacities for the development of the SuperPuma MK1 helicopter will be built on the piece of land.

 

The plot will be made available to Vadstena during the course of the SuperPuma MK1 project in Romania, but not for more than 99 years, and the price will be at least equal to that established by an authorized assessment company.

 

The Ministry of Economy holds a 64.9% stake in IAR Brasov, the other shareholders including SIF Transilvania (4.57%) and investment fund Broadhurst Investment Limited (2.17%). (Source: Romania-insider.com)
