ING and EBRD, EUR 96 million financing for CTPark Bucharest logistics park

ING Bank Romania and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) finance with EUR 96 million the CTPark Bucharest logistics park, operated by the Romanian subsidiary of Czech real estate developer CTP, which owns the largest portfolio of logistics parks in Central Europe and East.

CTP invests over EUR 17 million for acquiring a logistics park in Chitila

The transaction was concluded in September and the value of the investment reaches EUR 17.3 million. CLP has been purchased from UBM Development, the leading European real estate developer. This acquisition is part of CTP’s strategy of reaching a total leasable area of approximately 1 million m² in Romania by the end of 2018.

CTP expands its portfolio in Cluj-Napoca with an investment of EUR 15 million

CTPark Cluj II will be located in Florești and will benefit of a total leasable area of 29,000 m².
