C&W leases 54,000 sqm of warehouse in Slovakia

Cushman & Wakefield brokered 54,000 sqm of warehouse and production space leases in Slovakia in the first half of 2014. Approximately 25,000 sqm were leases for previously vacant space.

GSK to close down Romanian plant

UK-based GlaxoSmithKline (GSK), the drugsmaker, said on Thursday it would shut off its Europharm plant in Brasov by the end of 2015 and transfer the production in Poland and Spain, reports Mediafax newswire.

Cargus rented 5,000 sq. m of offices and warehouses

The courier company Cargus, with business of EUR 26 million last year, has rented offices and warehouses on 5,000 sq. m from the logistics and transportation company Triton International Cargo, according to the real estate consultant DTZ Echinox, which represented the landlord in the transaction.
