Noul parc logistic si de productie MLP BUCHAREST va fi construit pe un teren de 18,8 Ha, iar dupa finalizare va oferi un total de 80.000 mp de depozite și cladiri pentru industria ușoara.
Parcul logistic este situat în Vestul Bucureștiului, lângă Chitila (Județul Ilfov).

Maracana, a company specialising in transport, warehousing, logistics and distribution services, has renewed its lease contract for 5,000 sqm at the MLP Bucharest West logistics park.
Romania’s largest distributor of household appliances and home electronics has renewed its lease contract for more than 8,100 sqm of space at the MLP Bucharest West logistics park.
MLP Group has completed phase two expansion of MLP Bucharest West, its logistics park near Romania’s capital city. The new facility has delivered 16,000 sqm of space designed to contemporary standards, which has already been fully leased.
The leading cleaning and hygiene product wholesaler operating in the Romanian market has leased nearly 6,000 sqm of modern space at the growing MLP Bucharest West logistics centre. The new facility will be delivered for occupancy by the end of this year. The tenant was assisted in the transaction by iO Partners - JLL Preferred Partner.
MLP Group has a very good financial standing and a safe capital structure enabling the implementation of long-term strategic goals. This is confirmed by its reported 2022 performance figures. The Group’s Net Assets Value (NAV) went up 37%, to just under PLN 2.5 billion (EUR 532.6 million).
Maracana, one of the leading European logistics companies is now a tenant at MLP Bucharest West. In January 2021, Maracana signed a contract with MLP Group to lease more than 5,000 m2 of modern warehouse space. MLP Group was assisted in completing the transaction by JLL, a real estate services company responsible for commercialising the entire project in Romania.
One of Europe’s largest distributors of bananas marketed under the Yellow brand name is set to become a tenant at MLP Bucharest West in the first quarter of 2020. MLP Group was once again assisted by Dunwell, the leading industrial real estate agency in Romania.
One of Romania’s largest distributor of household appliances and home electronics has leased 8,400 m2 of modern warehouse space at MLP Bucharest West. The finished space is slated for delivery to Marelvi Impex in June this year. JLL and Dunwell advised on the transaction.
The MLP Group has strengthened its team responsible for the commercialization of logistics parks. Alexandru Mihai has joined the MLP Group as the Head of its Leasing Department in charge of leasing warehouse space in Romania.
MLP Group commenced the construction of its first logistics park in Romania. Work on a 12,000 m2 facility is currently underway. In total, over 22,000 m2 of modern warehousing space will be constructed at this stage of the project.
