CTP, Europe’s largest listed developer, owner, and manager of industrial and logistics properties by gross lettable area (GLA), announces the extension of the contract for 17,000 square meters of space at CTPark Craiova with Cummins Generator Technologies, a market leader in power solutions and a subsidiary of global power leader Cummins Inc.
CTP, the largest listed developer and manager of industrial and logistics space in Continental Europe, is expanding the CTPark Craiova East industrial park with a new building that will be delivered by the end of the year and is already fully leased. The pharmaceutical group A&D Pharma – Dr.Max Group, already present in the CTP portfolio, is one of the tenants of the new warehouse.
Zacaria has maintained a good pace of transactions throughout 2020, despite the Covid-19 pandemic, managing to reach the threshold of 47,000 m2 of leased industrial space, through new contracts or the extension of existing ones. The Romanian developer has fully leased the industrial park in Craiova, and the newest project in Sibiu, with an occupancy rate of 93%, is very close to being fully occupied.
