Quehenberger will provide logistics and distribution services to various clients including Continental. The properties are A-class buildings but CTP will invest into decreasing the utility consumptions by installing LED lights and other systems.

 

The deal for BUW 7, with hand-over scheduled for February 1st, 2016 is concluded for 10 years period, for the other unit the hand over is on October 15th, 2016. With this deal, CTP has reached almost 100% occupancy within the existing properties at CTPark Bucharest West.
