DTZ Echinox has brokered warehouse transactions of more than 22,000 sq. m in the last 18 months. The courier company Cargus was bought by the investment fund Abris Capital Partners in October 2012 from DHL.

Recently, the investment fund has also bought the courier company Urgent Curier, which will now merge with Cargus.

Following the merger of the two companies in the fund’s portfolio, the courier market will include a player with businesses of more than EUR 50 million, a fleet of more than 1,800 cars, a team of 1,800 couriers and a logistics network with 142 warehouses. (source: zf.ro)
