„Currently, if we want to rent 5,000 sq. m in western Bucharest, we have no availability, as there is a larger uncovered request. By comparing Bucharest to Warsaw, Bucharest only has one million square metres of logistics, while Warsaw has nine million square metres. Even if we are ready to pay more, there is no workforce. For the warehouses in Bucharest, for example, we are recruiting from Teleorman, and Ialomiţa counties“, says Cristian Negruţiu, logistics director within DSV logistics and transport company, during CEDER real estate conference.
