From the second phase of construction, the assembly works of the prefabricated structure and the roof were completed. Depending on the pace of renting the spaces, phase III of the project will start, and the first tenants will start operating in the logistics park next month.

''From an economic perspective, beyond all measures to prevent and reduce the risk of disease, we assumed the additional costs, we continued the work at the same pace and we managed to keep the jobs on site, without affecting the activity of subcontractors or agreed deadlines'', said Daniel Paraschiv, co-founder of Urbano Parks.

The Urbano Cluj Vest (UCV) logistics park, an investment worth 14 million euros, is located in the Floresti-Gilău area, with direct access to DN1, near the Gilău junction of the Transylvania Highway (A3). Urbano Vest Cluj will have a built area of 24,500 sqm, the total area of the park being 5 ha. The spaces of the industrial park vary between 1,150 sqm and 7,488 sqm and have available both docks and drive-in.

"Increasing domestic production and investing in infrastructure are solutions to maintain and generate new jobs, thus supporting a sustainable economic growth. In this global context, in addition to ISU and environmental standards, the needs of spaces with well-defined and controlled flows, which provide optimal conditions for the security of human resources and goods, are becoming more and more important", said Daniel Paraschiv.

The Urbano Vest Cluj project will be put into use at full capacity at the end of this year. The first companies to rent storage space are the Austrian companies Englmayer and Schuller EhăKlar, which rented over 4,500 sq m of office space, technical and sanitary, and storage space. (Zf.ro)
