Local council in Găeşti to assign a hectare of land, waits for Arctic’s offers

The local council has approved the assignment of a hectare of land for 49 years, which will be put on sale. „We will wait for offers from Arctic or the company’s suppliers”, said Grigore Gheorghe, mayor of Găeşti , Dâmboviţa county.

Real estate developer P3, specialized in logistics and industrial facilities development, bought a plot of 8.6 ha in Domneşti , near Bucharest. The acquisition price is about EUR 0.8 million, according to Capital magazine estimations.

Land prices for real estate projects development, down in H1 2014

The prices of the lands for real estate projects development have decreased with an average of 4 pct compared to the similar period of last year, in Arad (-14%), Alba Iulia (-10%) and Targoviste (-10%) being registered the most significant reductions, while in Bucharest they only went down with 2 pct.
