Second logistics project announced this year by Lidl in Romania: expansion of its centre in Chiajna

German discounter Lidl, present on the local market with nearly 200 stores, will expand with 10,000 sq. m the company’s warehouse in Chiajna, near Bucharest.

Plaza Centers sold the plot in Slatina, Romania, to a logistics developer

Plaza Centers sold the 23,880 sq. m plot in Slatina for the price of EUR 660,000, accordidng to an announcement the company made in London Stock. The company planned the development of a mall of EUR 40 million on the plot of land.

WDP bought a warehouse in Clinceni and took EUR 25 million loan for Romania

Warehouse & Distribution De Pauw (WDP), controlled by one of the richest families in Belgium, bought a warehouse and office facility of 10,000 sq. m situated in Clinceni in western Bucharest, for EUR 5 million. The space will be leased to Quehenberger Logistics.
