Prologis CEE rented spaces totalling over 387,000 sq. m, representing 57 pct increase compared to the same period in 2013.

 

The transactions made in Poland represent over 38 pct from the total of leases in the region. The company signed new leases for a total area of 178,000 sq. m and renewals for 173,000 sq. m, the rest of the space being subject of short term leases.

 

The most important new leases were signed in Hungary (22,080 sq. m), Romania (16,147 sq. m), the Czech Republic (12,681 sq. m) and Poland (7,473 sq. m), according to the company’s press release. The vacancy rate of Prologis CEE’s portfolio was 7.7 pct.  in the end of 3Q. Prologis owns a portfolio of projects totalizing 4.1 million sq. m in Poland, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia and Romania.

 

 Prologis Park Bucharest A1 includes four buildings on 107,000 sq. m and the land for further developments allows the construction of additional 186,000 sq. m spaces.
