Cargus launches new delivery service from EU countries to Romania

Cargus announced on Thursday it will launch a new delivery services for packages sent from European Union member states to Romania, with payment on delivery. The new service include international deliveries with a single coin and a single bill.

Cargus International takes over all Otto Curier clients

“Following the strategic partnership concluded between Cargus and OTTO Curier, on July 14, 2014 the client database that constitutes the commercial basis of OTTO Curier Company was taken over by Cargus,” an announcement posted on the website of courier company Otto Curier notes.

Cargus deliveries up 45 percent in first half of the year

Cargus, one of the biggest players on the internal deliveries segment, registered a 45 percent increase in deliveries in the first half of the year, compared to the same period of 2013.

Cargus rented 5,000 sq. m of offices and warehouses

The courier company Cargus, with business of EUR 26 million last year, has rented offices and warehouses on 5,000 sq. m from the logistics and transportation company Triton International Cargo, according to the real estate consultant DTZ Echinox, which represented the landlord in the transaction.

Abris Capital Partners buys Urgent Curier; planning merger with Cargus International

Abris Capital Partners investment fund bought Urgent Curier which in the future will merge with Cargus, also in the fund’s portfolio since 2012, writes Mediafax. Urgent Curier is owend by Sebastian and Corina Balasescu and recorded a turnover of RON 115.95 million in 2013.
